· elevate the role of the “manual tester”
· develop greater testing speed and agility through risk based testing
· apply TDD/BDD/ATDD judiciously
· accomplish greater coverage with fewer tests
· establish and manage metrics that actual mean something

Roberts’ Bio: Robert is accountable for the strategic leadership of Trissential/SQS quality assurance technology services, including automation, performance, mobile, IoT, and security testing. He has worked for over 15 years in the quality assurance domain on projects within finance, healthcare, retail, security, wearables, and IoT. Regardless of the project, Robert’s goal is to use lean processes to produce quality software that meets the needs of the customer. Robert is a certified scrum master with 8 years of experience in Agile. He has a particular expertise in implementing enterprise test automation frameworks and the required strategies for sustainable success. He enjoys mentoring and training people throughout the product lifecycle in the ways of total quality management and speaks regularly at local and national conferences.
